Welcome to Vision Aura. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vision Aura mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Vision Aura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing) to use Vision Aura. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Vision Aura requires account creation to access core features. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid email address.

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and user interface designs—are owned by or licensed to Vision Aura and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless you have our written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the App (habits, diary entries, todos, goals). However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Your habit data, diary entries, todos, goals, and personal information are stored securely in our supabase database. You retain full ownership of your data and can delete it at any time through account settings.
Diary entries are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage. Encrypted content can only be accessed and decrypted by your account.
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Vision Aura is designed as a personal productivity and habit-tracking tool only. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, mental health, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App does not:

Your subscription (e.g., Yearly Plan) may begin with a free trial period. You will not be charged until the free trial period ends. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vision Aura, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or contacting us.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vision Aura regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
